ORLANDO, Fla. - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's tennis team continued its Spring Break competition with matches against North Carolina Wesleyan College and Division II Cedarville University and the Engineers dropped both matches, 8-1 and 4-3. Both matches took place at the USTA National Campus. RPI, which saw its winning streak snapped at three matches, is now 5-4.

Against the Battling Bishops, freshman Jolee McCluskey pulled out Rensselaer's victory with a 6-4, 7-6 (7-5) win at No. 6 singles. In RPI's second match of the afternoon, which was played under Division II rules, the Engineers earned a point by winning the majority in doubles against the Yellow Jackets, but managed two singles points in losing. McCluskey was involved in two victories as she partnered with Elly Klages to win at No. 3 doubles (6-3) before winning at No. 4 singles (6-0, 6-1).
