At Rensselaer, we are proud to recognize the student-athletes who are members of the Class of 2020. We thank them for their hard work, dedication and tremendous efforts in representing the Institute in a first-class manner academically and athletically. We wish them well as they continue to complete the semester and become Rensselaer alumni / alumnae.

While at Rensselaer:
Third base ... Played 109 games in career, starting 100 ... Batted .339 (102 for 301) with 18 doubles, two triples and five home runs ... Multiple hits in 25 games ... Scored 53 runs and knocked in 77 ... All-Liberty League twice ... NFCA All-Northeast Region once ... Mechanical Engineering major ... Dean's Honor List ... Professional Leadership Program.

Favorite sports memory during career?
"Every time I stepped on the field, whether it be for a practice or game, has been my favorite memory. There are only so many opportunities to play sports at a competitive level and college really makes it seem like time is running out, especially when a global pandemic threatens to end it for you. To be a student-athlete is special, so I made sure to love every second spent playing this game. Plus, the people that I have had the honor of playing alongside these past four years have been some of the best people I have ever met. Softball was a way in which we could escape our daily lives to have fun. To narrow down my career to just one single moment would be too hard." - March 2020

What makes Rensselaer so special?
"The people make Rensselaer so special. If it were not for the people that I met along the way then RPI would just be another place to study. The people here care about your well-being, challenge you to become the best version of yourself, and are there for you no matter what the hour. They will be what makes it so hard to leave RPI in the end." - March 2020

What are your post-graduation plans?
"I intend to continue my education in RPI's MBA program." - March 2020

From the coaching staff:
"Allie is tireless. She is the first on at practice and the last one to leave. Her work ethic is unmatched and she is always willing to give all she has to help the team. She is a true leader." - April 2020

What others say:
"Allie is an absolutely incredible teammate and leader. Her love and passion for the sport we all love never failed to show. She uses her experience to give the best advice on every aspect of college, and continually led by example. She's always eager to take countless extra ground balls after practice and always works to be her best self. Her positivity on the field is contagious; you can always count on her to be smiling in the field or batter's box." - March 2020

"Allie is such a great teammate and person. She can make everyone smile and feel like they can do anything. She pushes everyone around her to do better and reach their full potential. I will miss having her in my every day life because she pushes me to be a better me." - March 2020

"My corner buddy. Does not matter where the ball is hit, because Allie is probably running across the field to get it. I have never seen a third basemen with the range that Allie has. I will always love being at the end of her crazy plays with a throw from third to first." - March 2020

"Allie is such a hard working and dedicated player. She is an exemplary teammate on and off the field." - April 2020
