Joey Harrigan shot a second round 80 for a two-day total of +8, 151, which concludes his participation in the NCAA Championship being played at the Mission Inn Resort and Club. The senior missed the cut by one stroke in his NCAA debut.
The senior began play off the 10th tee on the par 72, 6748-yard El Campeon Course and scored a birdie 4. He followed with a bogey and three pars before a two on the par 3 15th put him at 1-under. Harrigan dropped four strokes on his next three holes for a +3, 40 on the front. The back started with four consecutive pars, but five strokes were dropped on the next four holes.
