TROY, N.Y. – Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Athletics is proud to announce its website redesign in partnership with SIDEARM Sports. The site officially launched on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
The new website will be user-friendly and interactive for fans, student-athletes, parents, and alumni, featuring easy access to stories, schedules/results, standings, and donation information. The responsive layout and design scales to fit the user's device on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices so fans will be able to access information easily on the go.
New additions to the site mark quick links to all pertinent information regarding everything Rensselaer and the city of Troy have to offer, as well as faster access to purchasing tickets for your favorite RPI Athletic events. The site features new displays for its facilities and ticketing pages, and will provide new and improved ways of enjoying the history and records of RPI and it's athletic programs in the coming weeks after launch.
The site also provides a new scoreboard along the right side of the site, with the ability to track live or past scores as they occur. The site provides smooth navigation between pages, and quick access to social media outlets to follow all of your favorite RPI teams. Small branding additions to the site are the use of more RPI Athletics logo marks, and the same speckled stone pattern as displayed at East Campus Athletic Village in a white and red pattern in use as the background to the site's web pages.
