TROY, N.Y. - Eleven different student-athletes were in the lineup for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's tennis team and each of them helped the No. 30 Engineers defeat Bard College by a score of 9-0 in a Liberty League match at Sharp Courts. The win improves RPI to 8-5 overall and 4-1 in the conference. The Raptors drop to 2-8 and 0-6.
Rensselaer, which has now won four straight matches, lost only six games in doubles and six in singles. The No. 3 tandem of
Jonathan McMillan and
Pranav Varanasi won 8-0 and singles players
Bryce Burnham won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 3 and No. 6, respectively.
