SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Ella Simpson of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's diving team competed in the Region 3 Diving Championships this weekend at host Springfield College.

Simpson was one of 30 competitors to enter in the 1-meter and 3-meter disciplines in the two-day event.

Simpson finished 17th in the 1-meter diving with a score of 389.85.  She also totaled 395.80 points to place 22nd in the 3-meter.
