TROY, N.Y. - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's lacrosse team saw four student-athletes recognized on the 2012 All-Liberty League teams, including two who were named to the First Team. Two others were on the Second Team. Leading the way on First Team was Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year
Allie Arnal, who was a unanimous selection at goaltender.
Arnal (Lakewood, NY/Phillips Exeter Academy), who is receiving her second straight All-League honor, was joined on the First Team by senior defender/midfielder
Madeline Sisson (Rochester, NY/Our Lady of Mercy).
Sisson – an Offensive Performer of the Week selection once this season – is currently third on the team in scoring with 39 points on 23 goals and 16 assists. In addition to 32 draw controls, she has scooped up 24 ground balls and caused a team-best 17 turnovers.
