2013-14 Schedule

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – All six singles players won to pace the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's tennis team to an, 8-1, victory over St. Lawrence University, this afternoon at Sportime Courts. With the win, the Engineers improve to 7-2, while the Saints drop to 6-4.

Freshman Matt LaBarre (Calgary, AB/Halstrom) and senior captain Jarrett Regier (East Amherst, NY/Clarence) won and first and second flight singles, respectively, by matching, 6-1, 6-1 scores. LaBarre teamed up with classmate McKinley Grimes (Bedford, NH/Bedford) for an 8-1 win at second doubles, while Regier and junior Brandon Mazzara (Orange, CA/Villa Park) snuck away with a 9-8 win.

The Engineers are back in action next Sunday, when they host Skidmore College (1pm).
