SMITHFIELD, R.I. - The No. 2 doubles team of Tristan Wise and Alain Grullon Gonzalez earned a 6-4, 7-5 victory but that is the only win the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's tennis team managed against Division I Bryant University in the Engineers' final fall match. RPI falls to 0-2 in dual matches. The Bulldogs are 1-0.

Among the losses for RPI were several three-set defeats including at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles. Sherman Uyeno lost his No. 3 singles match in three sets, while Grullon was beaten at No. 4 in a second set tiebreak.
