GAMEDAY: The Engineers play their final non-conference game of the season on Saturday when they travel to Western New York to take on No. 25 Alfred at Yunevich Stadium.

LONG TRIPS: Rensselaer will travel nearly 1000 miles for its six road games this season ... The longest was to Buffalo (292 miles) with Alfred (271) the second longest ... Both Geneva (197), where Hobart is located, and Canton (195), home to St. Lawrence, are nearly 200 miles ... The shortest trip, by far, is to Schenectady (14), home to Union.

Zac Montrief was selected as the Special Teams Performer of the Week by the Liberty League after the freshman punter regularly pinned Ithaca deep in its own territory, in particular late in the game ...
