ORLANDO, Fla. - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's tennis team managed just one doubles win in two matches and the Engineers could not fight all the way back in either match, losing to Ithaca College, 5-4, and Trinity (Texas) University, 7-2. The Engineers had won their first four dual matches before Tuesday.

Against the Bombers, RPI won four of the five singles matches, but trailed 3-0 into those after close doubles play in all three. In the nightcap against the Tigers, Tristan Wise and Xavier Oshinowo earned a win at No. 2 doubles, but only Zack Ebenfeld could pull out a singles win, capturing No. 3, 6-2. 7-6 (1).
