KISSIMMEE, Fla. - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's tennis team finished its Spring Break action against No. 15 Amherst College and the Engineers fell to 4-3 overall with an 8-1 loss in the match.
Playing singles first, RPI fell behind 4-0 before freshmanÂ
Zack Ebenfeld won in three sets at No. 4, 3-6, 6-0, 6-3. Classmate
Sebastian Castillo-Sanchez also went three sets, but lost, 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (5).
Rensselaer returns to action on Sunday when it faces No. 3 Middlebury College at Tri City Fitness in Latham (9am).
