TROY, N.Y. - The No. 27 Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's tennis team hosted No. 15 Tufts University in a non-league match on Sharp Courts and the Jumbos won two doubles matches and four in singles to defeat the Engineers, 6-3. The loss snapped a five-match winning streak for RPI, which is now 12-3. Tufts improves to 8-5. 

Rensselaer got a victory at No. 1 doubles as Sebastian Castillo-Sanchez and Andrew Imrie scored an 8-6 win. In singles, freshmen Clay Thompson at No. 3 and Brian Niguidula at No. 4 were both successful.
