Box Score TROY, N.Y. - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's tennis team concluded its regular season with a non-league match against Union College and improved to 4-0 with a rain-shortened 6-1 victory. The Engineers now prepare for the Liberty League Tournament and a mid-week semifinals match against fourth-seeded Vassar College.
RPI, which dropped 2 of 3 doubles matches to the Dutchmen on Saturday, turned the tables a day later with decisive victories at No. 1 and No. 2. It then won four singles matches and led in the other two before the contest was halted due to the weather.

Brian Niguidula each had two wins for the Engineers.
Union, which dropped to 2-5, got a victory at No. 3 doubles by the Egna brothers.
