COLONIE, N.Y. - Senior
Morgan Lee ran an 18:33.8 to finish ninth overall and the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's cross country team had an eighth place finish in the 13-school, 5k Siena College Cross Country Invitational at the Crossings of Colonie.
Lee was the first Division III runner to cross the finish line as she ran at a 5:59 pace with a finishing time of 18:33.8. She was five seconds behind Andrea Scaglione of Manhattan College (18:29.9) and under a second in front of Noreen Guilfoyle of the University of Albany (18:34.3). The host Saints had the top two runners in Olivia Lomascolo (17:57.4) and Delia McDade Clay (18:04.5).

Nia Goddard had a time of 19:04.0 to place 23rd overall and
Olivia Pisacano, a junior, ran a 19:45.2 to finish 50th in the 165-competitor field.
Leah Goodloe was next (19:45.7) and
Jillian Lees was 54th overall (19:48.2).
