TROY, NY - Nicholas Stefanidis of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's swimming team has qualified for the 2024-25 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships.

This is the second consecutive season that Stefanidis has earned a trip to North Carolina to compete in the 100-yard breaststroke, as he entered in the same event in last winter's championships.

2023-24 saw Stefanidis become just the third RPI men's swimming & dive member to reach the NCAAs (Julian Schott in 2011 and Miguel Hummel in 2013).

Stefanidis took part in the 50 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke in last year's championship, with his best result coming in a 24th place effort in the 100 breast (55.10 seconds).

This year's NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships will run from March 19 to March 22 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, NC.
