TROY, NY- The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) athletics department has announced the 2025 football schedule.

Saturday, September 6 marks the start of the fall season for RPI, as Head Coach Ralph Isernia and the Engineers kick off 2025 with the annual Transit Trophy Game at WPI in Worcester, Massachusetts, in hopes of keeping the trophy in Troy for the fifth consecutive year. 

Following a week two road contest at Utica University, RPI will be at ECAV Stadium for a two weekend home stand welcoming Brockport (September 20) and Rochester (September 27) for their Liberty League-opener.

The Engineers are on the road for three out of the four following contests facing Hobart (October 4), Hilbert (October 25) and Saint Lawrence (November 1).

RPI is back at ECAV stadium to host Ithaca on November 8 for their senior day. The Engineers will look to retain the Dutchman Shoes Trophy when they travel to Union on November 15, aiming to extend their hold on the Shoes after last year's victory.
