NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The RPI men's golf team captured the team title at the MCLA Invitational on Tuesday, finishing first among six teams after combining for a 22-over-par score.

Tristan Zhang paced the Engineers with a 2-over-par round to finish tied for first individually, earning a share of medalist honors and leading RPI to the top of the team standings.

Sujaan Singh also turned in a strong performance, finishing tied for fifth at 5-over par to give the Engineers a second top-five finisher.

Patrick Kiernan followed closely behind with a 7-over-par round, placing ninth overall, while Matt Hurchalla finished one stroke back at 8-over par to claim 10th place. The pair gave RPI four golfers inside the top 10 individually.

Tom Si completed the Engineers' lineup with a 9-over-par performance, finishing tied for 14th overall.
