RPI senior Sam Lawrence was 2 for 5 with a pair of homers ... He drove in three and also stole three bases.

RPI is led offensively by junior Ethann Meister, who is batting a team-best .357 (20 for 56) with two doubles, two triples a home run, eight runs scored and eight runs batted in ... Senior captain Sam Lawrence is hitting .339 (20 for 59) with four doubles, three home runs and eight RBI ... Junior Christian Spagnuloa rounds out the top three hitters at .313 (10 for 32) with a double and five RBI.

ON THE HILL
Freshman Christopher Palmiero (0-1) has a 2.84 earned run average in 12.2 innings, while Patrick McMackin (0-1) has a 3.20 ERA in 19.2 innings ... He has 22 strikeouts and allows a .211 opponent average ... Aaron Kalish (1-3) has thrown a team-high 25.0 innings and boasts a 4.68 ERA with 25 Ks.

SCOUTING RIT
Freshman Navada Waterman is batting .433 (13 for 30) with four doubles, a triple and eight RBI ... Patrick Mylott is second at .421 (8 for 19) with three doubles, a homer and four RBI, while Phil Sammon is hitting .389 (7 for 18) with two doubles, two home runs and 11 RBI.

TIGERS ARMS
Brett Bouchard is 2-1 with a save and a 0.77 earned run average in 11.2 innings ... Brian Reed has a 2-1 mark in three starts, carrying a 2.79 ERA in 19.1 innings.
