Joseph Prisco (1-0) picked up the victory, allowing one unearned run over 3.0 innings, with three strikeouts and three walks.
SERIES HISTORY
The Engineers won the only previous meeting between the two teams back on March 13, 2002 - a 36-3 victory for RPI in seven innings ... Rensselaer set a number single-game records in that game that still stand today, including runs, hits (38) and doubles (11).
