NON-LEAGUE TUNE UP
The Engineers continue their 10-game homestand on Wednesday, when they host Elms College in a non-league game at Robison Field (4pm).

RPI FALLS TO MIDDLEBURY
The Panthers came back from a 2-1 deficit in the sixth inning to top the Engineers, 12-2, on Thursday at Robison Field ... Middlebury scored three runs in the sixth, seven in the eighth and one in the ninth to earn the come-from-behind win ... RPI saw Austin Lawrence go 2 for 4 with a double and Jake Defayette post a 1 for 3 day, launching his first collegiate home run in the bottom of the fifth inning.

FIRST MEETING
RPI and Elms will meet for the first time on Wednesday afternoon.

HONORED AGAIN
After earning Pitcher of the Week last week, sophomore Ryan Yerby was named to the Liberty League Honor Roll after tossing 5.2 innings of one-hit ball in a 7-0 win over Cobleskill last Wednesday ... He struck out four and walked four, taking a no-hitter into the sixth inning.

BLAZERS LAST TIME OUT
Saint John's scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning to edge Elms, 2-1, on March 7 in Fort Myers, Fla ... Austin Roy, Cameron Griffin and Josh Keaton collected hits for the Blazers, while Mickey Howe suffered the loss in relief ... Starter Brandon Bennett worked the first 6.0 innings, allowing four hits and four walks with five strikeouts. 

HOME COOKING
With Sunday contests moving to Robison Field, the Engineers will play its next seven games at home, including six conference contests against Skidmore and Bard ... RPI currently has 20 home games left in its schedule.
