CANTON, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's track & field team continued its championship run this weekend at the Liberty League Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by St. Lawrence, capturing its fourth consecutive league title and the program's 18th overall outdoor Liberty League championship.

RPI's sprinters set the tone immediately, led by a dominant showing in the 100-meter dash as Cam Caso captured first in 10.59 seconds, followed by Ronen Stewart in second (10.82), Jack Catelotti in sixth (11.05), and Francis Grasso in eighth (11.10).  The Engineers carried that momentum into the 200, where Caso secured another victory in 21.18 and RPI continued to stack points behind him with Stewart in second (21.59) and Donovan Myrick in third (21.78). Jace Lewis added a fifth-place finish (22.23), and Alex Flynn placed seventh (22.28) to round out another strong scoring event for the Engineers.

RPI kept the points coming with Tobin Durham in third (30:48.47), Gwilym Horner in fourth (30:58.52), and Joey Smith in seventh (31:23.68).  In the 5000, Durham added another podium finish in second (14:38.11), while Lacey placed third (14:38.66), Jack Loughery took fourth (14:39.10), Manson finished fifth (14:42.63), Goldschmidt added sixth (14:46.39), and Cascio rounded out the scoring in eighth (14:57.28).

RPI also made a major impact in the hurdles, led by Cortez Garrett, who finished second in the 110-meter hurdles (14.73) and followed with an emphatic conference title in the 400-meter hurdles (53.44).  Chris Kay added another key scoring effort in the 110 hurdles, placing eighth (15.70).  In the steeplechase, the Engineers delivered another event win as Nicholas McAuley captured first in the 3000-meter steeplechase (9:22.18), with Michael Harkins taking third (9:28.75) and Evan Morrow adding sixth (9:44.58).
