FAMILY WEEKEND
Rensselaer women's hockey will celebrate Family Weekend with its pair of home contests against RIT on Friday and Saturday. The Engineers and Tigers will drop the puck at 3pm on both days.
ALL-TIME SERIES
The Engineers hold a narrow 12-11-4 lead in the all-time series against RIT, which dates back to December 8, 1995 – a 3-1 Tigers victory at the Houston Field House. RIT was unbeaten over the first seven meetings (6-0-1), with the Engineers first picking up their first win on March 3, 1999. RPI was victorious, 3-0, in Rochester on that day.
ENGINEERS SPLIT WITH RMU
Senior
Lovisa Selander made 58 saves to lead RPI to a 1-0 victory in game one of the two-game series on October 12 in Pittsburgh. The Colonials were able to earn a split the following day, taking the finale, 3-1. Rensselaer received goals from senior
Jaimie Grigsby and junior
Blake Orosz on the weekend, while Selander wound up with 93 saves combined.

PACING THE TIGERS
RIT is led offensively by senior Kendall Cornine, who has five goals and two assists for seven points in six games. Sophomores Brittney Gout (1 goal, 3 assists) and Ellie Larson (1 goal, 3 assists) join senior Mallory Rushton (4 assists) with four points, while junior Jade Mancini (1 goal, 2 assists) has three ... Terra Lanteigne (1-2-2) has started all six games in the cage for the Tigers, posting a 2.13 goals against average and a .929 save percentage.

Kira Bombay received the Frederick M. Nussbaum Class of 1930 Memorial Award for Outstanding Volunteerism over the weekend.
